A delicious breakfast buffet with a wide selection of drinks and food, constantly refilled by attentive staff who keep the tables clean. Free lemon water and hot drinks are always available in the lobby, and a snack vending machine offers reasonable prices. The Twin room was spacious, and the housekeeping team did a good job every day, providing fresh towels. The beds were very comfortable and the linens pleasant, with several working light sources. The hotel’s location is very central; the opposite church, an Irish pub, and various tour groups can make it a bit noisy at times, but closing the windows keeps the noise out. We heard no disturbances from the hotel itself. When we asked for help with the air‑conditioning, it was resolved immediately. Overall, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive.

It’s an 08/15 hotel, but it’s clean, centrally located, and has a large breakfast buffet; the staff were problematic—loud private phone calls in front of my door even with a “Do Not Disturb” sign, cleaning and vacuuming in adjacent rooms with doors open, and at breakfast I ordered soft‑boiled eggs but was pointed to a basket of ice‑cold hard eggs, repeated my request, then a waitress grabbed two cold eggs and two minutes later returned with a bowl of hot water and the same hard eggs, offering them as freshly cooked, and when I expressed my displeasure she gave excuses instead of an apology—unacceptable behavior.
