Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
Michael at the front desk was an outstanding employee—professional, welcoming, and he kept calling me by name throughout my stay. While I was in the lounge, I saw him greet new guests and he genuinely seemed grateful when recognizing their Holiday Inn Express membership level or years. I just retired from HR, and this staff member should be cloned!

The breakfast was really good, but it would be nice to offer just scrambled eggs without cheese.

The outdoor space was nice and close to a decent restaurant, but the door didn’t lock securely, and the air conditioner kept rattling constantly—definitely needs an upgrade.

The internet and TV stopped working during my stay.
