Nothing expensive was terrible. There was brown water from down from the tap, and no hot water m, we moved 6 rooms to try and find one with a working a. And hot water Was really terrible

Location was nice, near shops and night life. The hotel overall is a bit outdated, shower curtains (which is not hygenic and outdated) instead of glass cabin, no wardrobe to put clothes, just a hanging rack which is not expected for such an over priced hotel, also breakfast was ok but did not expect to have Tang syrup juice instead of fresh orange juice agian in such an over priced hotel, with the price i paid i expect high quality ingredients and well furnished and some how updated style room

Pool area and restaurant were nice and new. Location is very far from the beach, staff were not all collaborative nor helpful (reception desk), i completely understand not allowing guests/ visitors to the room, but not allowing guests/visitors to the hotel restaurant is unheard of, club cars usually in Jaz hotels are available on demand and flexible, there it wasnt, only following the schedule, we requested one hour additional for checkout (hardly agreed to 30 mins - zero courtesy gestures). Shower towels were damp and old: Bellboys, cleaning team were very helpful and supportive

Property is very good and clean Reception staff are ver helpful. F&B staff are very rude , I had a situation there with the one if the buffet staff and escalated to the F&B manager named Mr.Saed , the guy came with very aggressive attitude and very tough way in solving problems he doesn’t know anything about customer satisfaction and even handling !

They have the best beach and staff and great village around the hotel. The furniture was too old and the AC was super noisy and needs maintenance
