The location is fine, but most of the time there was no water in the washrooms and the issue was never fixed even after multiple complaints. The windows had no glass, letting outside air in and making the AC ineffective.

The hotel is good for bus drop‑offs, but the room was not clean, the AC leaked water, the TV was broken, the door lock didn’t work, the door stayed open, there was no security, no Wi‑Fi, no room service, and no one answered the phone.

The location was near the bus stand and beside the Indo‑Canadian bus stand. The room size was good and the rooms were built in an old‑style design. When I asked for a water bottle, the staff were still doing their duties and charged me for it, even though that’s a basic amenity that should be provided. No regular water was supplied in the room. The room needed renovation: no AC remote, no TV remote, insects roamed inside, the sofa was torn, the bed panel was torn and was only fixed with long tape, and the bed made noise that needed fixing. There were many more issues.

The hotel was great for the price, with a roomy room and staff who were friendly and helpful. It’s close to a bus stop and only a 10‑minute drive from PAP Chowk, though the shower didn’t work and I had to manage without it.
