I was moved to an apartment on the top floor, which I appreciated, though it wasn’t necessary since I was traveling solo; the breakfast and location were good, but I missed a nearby convenience store for water or snacks. The main issue was the air conditioner—either it didn’t work at all, or when it did it emitted a smell; it was over 30 °C and I asked reception twice to fix it, but it never worked when I returned to the room. I also didn’t like having a bathtub in the bathroom, as it was hard to get under the shower and the tub didn’t drain well.

The location was fine and there wasn’t much noise because the area is quiet; it was easy to get there by car. The air conditioning was terrible, so we had to change rooms twice because it couldn’t lower the temperature below 30 °C even though it wasn’t summer. The shower flooded the bathroom each time due to poor sealing. Elevators malfunctioned about a quarter of the time, missing floors, so we ended up using the stairs to avoid them. The hotel bar and restaurant advertised with disgusting AI images. Overall, nothing in the hotel justifies the premium price or the four‑star rating they claim.
