The location is good and the rooms are nice, but the airport pickup was heavily overcharged.

The staff were extremely friendly, and there was nothing else to mention.

The hotel is an ice‑cold stay right next to the airport, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves good food, and breakfast is expensive but comes with plenty of filtered coffee. The description claims you can walk to shops, but honestly you probably won’t want to leave the property.

The lodge is a lovely place, close to the airport. Friendly staff welcomed us warmly—Frans and Francine were especially kind. We stayed in a comfortable family room, perfect for one night, and the large bathroom had both a shower and a bath. Dinner was delicious, everything was prepared right in front of us. Breakfast was good with a wide selection, and there were nice seats by the fireplace. The complex itself is beautiful, with a cozy garden, and you can arrange an airport transfer for 10 minutes. The only downside is that the duvet is a bit too thick and warm.

The staff are super friendly and helpful! They assisted us with a hairdresser appointment, and when the hairdresser cancelled at the last minute, they arranged a new one within an hour. In one of those 08/15 concrete bunker hotels, I could never have spent a full day—here it was easy. They have a very large salon and many fireplaces. The beds were very comfortable, and the figurines on the bed were a nice touch. The mirror lighting in the bathroom is odd, and breakfast is, like everywhere in South Africa, heavy on eggs and milk. I missed a selection of bread and fruit juices 😬
