The place looks nice and María is incredibly helpful, Javier was too until he vanished completely. There are bed bugs in the round room; we reported it and were moved to another room for the next two nights, but I still have more than 100 bites from the first night, plus the fear that the bugs might have gotten into my luggage, so now I have to find and pay for a laundry service to put everything in the dryer, buy diatomaceous earth for the suitcase, and so on to avoid infesting future hotels or my home. Javier (the manager) is very kind and helpful, but on Saturday night he disappeared, our room ran out of water so we couldn't shower, and although María tried to fix the issue, there was never any water, and Javier had promised to take us to the bus terminal but never responded to our WhatsApp… we had to call a taxi and leave without showering.
