“Large and comfortable room, great staff!”
The room and bathroom were both very large and comfortable, equipped with every amenity you could ask for. Free snacks, tea, and coffee were provided, which was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful at both the reception and the pub, making the stay very pleasant overall. Nothing negative to mention.

The room was huge, so no more cramped feeling; I liked the bathroom but would drop the bathtub. The mattress was super comfy and I didn’t know the neighborhood before but fell in love with it. There are bars and pubs nearby, and it’s right next to the city. The stairs are steep, and breakfast is missing, which would have made it perfect.
Very good location, immaculate and quiet rooms, comfortable bed.

The rooms were very nice, the beds firm and comfy, and the location was great. The Sunday Roast was excellent and the beer was fantastic. The staff were very helpful. Sitting at the front bar for a nightcap before bed was just the ticket. The only complaint was the stairs—Americans aren’t used to climbing three flights.

We enjoyed everything—no particular order—welcome staff (Tina is a gem), décor, roomy rooms, spotless cleanliness, large towels, free snacks, Netflix, location, food, fridge water (glass bottles, not plastic). It’s also handy to borrow adaptors if you left them at home, and there’s an iron and ironing board. No dislikes, though the steep stairs up to the rooms can be a challenge for some people.
