I had an incredible experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional staff and the hotel itself. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay truly memorable. However, I did encounter a minor issue with my room, but it was quickly resolved by the helpful staff.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect, especially since we were in the area for a concert at Pine Knob. The hotel's location was ideal, and our room was a spacious King suite that was fully equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and I appreciated the fact that a small amount was held on my debit card for incidentals, which was then credited back to my account the next business day.
