The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, with no issues at all.

The receptionist and the waitstaff were great, very friendly and attentive. They recommended sights and the best train stops for us. The beds were large and comfortable. The train station is literally next door, and parking poses no problem.

I only stayed one night because it’s close to the ferry port, and it felt like a homely, family‑run hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and ensured everything was fine for my stay, and parking was right by the door. The hotel isn’t what you’d expect for a 5‑star, but that’s fine—travel isn’t about that. If you want a corporate feel, there’s a Travelodge nearby; but if you value warmth and authenticity, stay at Argarimo. I’ll definitely return and loved the family who run it. Nothing negative, though I wish I had more time to get to know the family and could speak Spanish.
