The rooms are spacious and sophisticated. However, there were many blackouts when trying to manually go up and down.

The place is right in nature, and there was nothing I didn’t like.

We spent five days with our 10‑month‑old, and the hotel truly went above and beyond for his comfort—allowing us to order at different times, use the restaurant fridge, and providing a bath tub and crib in the room. The staff were exceptionally trained to make us feel at home. Some guests complain about the pricey restaurant items, but the food is great and the privacy it offers is worth the cost; we could leave the baby sleeping while we dined.

The hotel is amazing, the staff are awesome, and the bedrooms are gorgeous. The only thing that could use a tweak is that, even though it’s an eco‑friendly resort, a few more paved roads and covered spots would make rainy or scorching days a lot easier.
