“Traumhaft schöne Location”

The location is stunning! The tents/cabins are right on the beach, where only a few guests stay during the day. There are a few restaurants and bars nearby, but you can also eat much cheaper and well at the accommodation. We fell in love with the staff and felt at home. The tents are very large and come with mattresses, electricity, light, and a small fan. We will definitely come back, but we prefer the cabanas. Those are well equipped with comfortable beds and are quiet. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities still leave something to be desired, probably because the tents are newly built. Since the tents are right behind a bar a little away from the resort, you might want to enjoy loud music.

We arrived to the Trincomalee area and spent 3 wonderful days at Ceylon Antheia Beach camping site. I feel like we lucked out, because I can't think of a better place to stay in the area. The beach directly in front of the bungalows is pristine. Among all the beaches we saw around Trincomalee, I think its the nicest spot in the area. Our host Jithat is friendly and helpful. Him and his staff take pride in making sure their guests are happy. They definitely succeded with us. We were thrilled to stay there. The food is top notch. Jathu clearly has a gift for preparing meals. Every bite we had was delicious. Besides being a master Chef, Jathu is a wonderful person and was extremly helpful for us when we were trying to figure out what to do each day. Overall I highly recommend staying at Ceylon Antheia Beach camping. There is nothing to complain about
