Staff was great and responded quickly to requests. 1- No slippers 2- No Robe 3- They did not tell me at check-in that I had to request daily cleaning of the room

Everything was fine, except the bathroom door in room 851 was very hard to slide back and forth.

Nothing! The stay at L8ve was horrible. I booked for my wife’s birthday, hoping she could relax by the pool, but the pool was closed all weekend—exactly what we booked for. Then at the Ridotta Grand Café we waited an hour and a half for food that never arrived; the bartender said they didn’t have everything to make our order. No apology, no options, just a dismissive attitude. When we asked to speak with manager Jasmine Murphey, she was unhelpful and had a worse attitude, still no apology. We’ll never stay there again.

Rooms were good and clean and staff were friendly. You advertise a pool which is really nice and it wasn’t open. It was one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel. Even at regular hotels pools don’t close because it’s past Labor Day. It’s deceitful to advertise as such. I want at least 50% refund because that was 1 of 2 reasons I chose this hotel

The hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming, but I couldn’t understand why a room booked for four people didn’t come with four towels. That was a real annoyance.
