The hotel’s spot is handy – about a 15‑minute walk to Piazza della Repubblica – and they offered a free shuttle from the airport, plus the staff were really friendly. Unfortunately the hair dryer in the room didn’t work and the breakfast room was so chilly I had to pull my jacket on, and the buffet options were pretty limited.

Location can’t be beat – Republic Square, the GUM market and a mall with a food court are all within walking distance. The staff were attentive and quick to help, which I appreciated. Breakfast was basic but I found it tasty enough.

I liked the peace and quiet, and it was still just a short walk to the city centre.

Convenient to grocery stores and not far from the downtown area, plus the elevator made getting to the rooms easy.

Everything was solid – the staff were friendly and the overall value matched the low price, even if it’s not a luxury place. I didn’t notice any major issues, which was fine for what I paid.
