The place had a great location, a secluded hilltop. The accommodation was very dirty and infested with ants. The staff weren’t ready to serve food and didn’t speak English. The villa offers many options, but the staff can’t present them. The bedroom was fairly clean, but the rest of the villa was a disaster. The kitchen was filthy. The villa is on a plantation, but no one offers anything or shows you anything.

Everything, literally everything—the staff was super helpful, the view was amazing, the best stay so far from Sri Lanka in the past ten visits. There was nothing that I didn’t like.
