I gave it 10/10. The location is ideal, close to the beach, near coffee shops, the food is good for the price, and the quality is very good. I left a bottle of perfume and they kept it for four days until I returned from another village.

The hotel is in terrible condition. The furniture and facilities are old, poorly maintained, and clearly have not been repaired or renovated for a long time. The room was not properly cleaned, and water was leaking from the air conditioner, leaving the floor soaking wet. The water pressure from the tap was extremely weak, and there was no hot water at all. The TV was also broken and unusable. Overall, the hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and extremely uncomfortable. This is honestly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in Da Nang. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel’s spot and the staff were super helpful, even though we had to check‑in late after our flight. We even went out for a late dinner, and the area still had plenty of places to explore.

Nothing positive at all; the listing claimed soundproof rooms but the reality was the opposite—we couldn’t sleep because of constant loud noise, the window had no handle so it couldn’t be closed, and the room was swarming with ants. It was such a nightmare that we left the hotel the same night we checked in and had to find another place in the middle of the night.

The hotel is fairly close to the beach, about a five‑building walk plus a road away, and although the rooms are small they’re well equipped with everything you need; the spot is handy for attractions like the Dragon Bridge and Cồn Market (2‑3 km). The facilities feel dated, the bedding is old, the floor feels scraped even after cleaning, the elevator is smelly and cramped, and more regular cleaning would help.
