The staff here are absolutely fantastic - they really made my stay special. I'm planning to come back every time I visit Makuhari Messe. The only downside is that the breakfast gets cleared out pretty quickly, so I'd recommend getting there as early as possible. But the staff in the breakfast area were super friendly, too.

The hotel's proximity to the train station was a major plus, making it super convenient for getting around. However, the lack of temperature control in the room was a bit of a letdown - I couldn't adjust the heating to my liking. To make matters worse, there was no humidifier, which made the air feel dry and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a decent stay, but these issues held it back from being a truly great experience.
