The all‑inclusive offer was very good and varied, and the cleaning ladies were friendly and helpful; however, the building lacks an elevator to the restaurant, which makes it difficult for guests with disabilities or injuries, the reception communication was poor, the cottage suffered from missing equipment—a broken washing machine, no internal phone, almost no kitchen gear (just three glasses, three teaspoons, three mugs, an electric kettle and a fridge), the narrow sofas aren’t suitable for couples, there’s no free parking (170 zl for four nights feels excessive), and there are no spa or wellness facilities despite the high price. Overall, I consider the cost far too steep and comparing a stay at Panorama to overseas all‑inclusive resorts is misleading.
