Nothing special, but it can serve as a quick refresh stop or a single‑night stay; the room was too small and the bathroom had no water until we reported it and got a new room.

Good location, superb supportive staff. Good for bachelors. For family, best for a single night. AC was a chiller. Not 100% clean for a business hotel, especially toilets with broken seats. Non Smoking rooms, but other guests seemed to Smoke and the smell was all over the corridor

I stayed at Ess Pe Inn and found the toilet poorly cleaned, the geyser non‑functional, no towels, and no Wi‑Fi—disappointing basic facilities.

It’s budget‑friendly, calm, and the family room is spacious for 5‑6 adults with two separate bathrooms. The downside is the lack of bell service and a broken lift system that forces you to climb stairs to reach the mezzanine and then another stair to get to the room, carrying all your luggage up at least one floor; plus a single AC unit for a large room only offered moderate cooling.
