The place sits in a great spot and the grounds feel huge with plenty of good facilities; my room was cozy and super comfortable.

The location and the facilities are good, but the bar isn’t open every night, and the spa attendant was rough and didn’t provide the pampering I expected.

The restaurant is excellent, and staying a few nights here is a pleasure because it’s close to home; the outdoor pool and bar are fantastic and the staff are consistently friendly.

The hotel’s location is fine, but the room feels dumpy and outdated; the thermostat doesn’t work, so I had to turn the AC off when the room got too cold and back on when it got too warm, all night every night. The bathroom ceiling vent made a loud clanking noise whenever wind blew, again all night. I stayed for 4 nights and room service never arrived, forcing me to call for extra toilet paper and Kleenex. The front‑desk staff were usually in a back room—three out of three times I had to call out for them.
