Great value and a nice place for a budget, though it could use some maintenance.

“They went over and above to help”

They were so helpful and accommodating when things went wrong, trying their best to fix the situation beyond our control; they upgraded us to a suite because of the time it took to get anywhere, and the manager emailed on our behalf to get a full refund, which we haven’t received. Nothing else was an issue.

“It was a place to stay”

It was clean, but there was no elevator, so my mom had a hard time getting up the stairs, and they sold my room because my reservation supposedly wasn’t on the computer, so we didn’t get the room I had booked.

I only saw a little mess on the floor left by previous guests, but the bed was very comfortable and the shower could have been a bit cleaner; overall it wasn’t that bad at all.
