I liked the location, but the rooms were truly tiny for three people, and the corridors were filthy.

The shower was the best I’ve had on this trip, and the staff I met were the nicest group I’ve encountered. However, the room was cramped, the price was far too high, and the experience was frustrating. The street corner was a miserable spot, and I didn’t receive a reply about the valet service until after my stay had ended.

I appreciated how close it was to various points of interest; we walked to Navy Pier and the Chicago River. The elevator sometimes took a while.

Valet parking went smoothly and the attendants were courteous. On the downside, the walls and floors in the room were dirty, a hair was found in the shower, and outside noise was quite loud.
