The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast was consistently fresh and tasty; the bar offered a wide range of food and drinks.

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, especially on weekends. On the first day there were Wi‑Fi problems in the room, but they were fixed quickly, so I could work comfortably and my special requests were respected. The location is superb, close to the harbor and city center. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was disappointed to find a cigarette smell lingering in the room for days without any ventilation.

The water pressure was strong, but it’s the worst hotel you could stay in – the staff treated us terribly, service was essentially zero, the receptionist even shouted at me on the phone, the rooms had no sound insulation at all with constant car noise, and overall it was a disgusting experience.
