“Dissatisfaction and disappointment”

The balcony size and sea view were great, but the room was dirty even after cleaning, and we found a dead crochet after the room was supposedly cleaned (it wasn't there before we left). The bathroom was extremely dirty and poorly maintained for a 4‑star hotel. The bed sheets were not changed or ironed, the staff never greeted us or said hello back, and when we mentioned the dead crochet they just argued it could happen instead of apologizing. Breakfast offered almost no fruit—just orange and grapefruit slices.

The location was good and parking was available, but the breakfast could have been more varied with more vegetables or salads.

The staff were super welcoming and the place was very well located, perfect. The food lacked diversity, but that is expected.

The garden was spectacular, the pool area was well arranged and daytime entertainment was fun. We had lunch once at the restaurant and the food was simple but very good. Breakfast offered plenty of variety, with delicious pancakes made on the spot. The only downside was the limited selection of fresh fruit (most fruit was in syrup) and the yogurt variety. Daily room cleaning seemed subpar; they only changed towels each day, but the sheets were not changed for one out of six days. The bed was made in a hurried, awkward way. Whenever the room was cleaned, a strange smell lingered, not a clean scent. For a 4‑star hotel this is not ideal and should be improved.
