“Ok but overpriced.”
Excellent location and staff. The rooms are small, the facilities feel dated, and there are several maintenance problems.

Everyone was friendly and the vibe was pleasant. I didn’t find anything I disliked.

We booked a King‑size room with a pull‑out couch, but the room we got had no pull‑out couch and smelled awful.

Check‑in was quick, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent. The building was extremely damp, humid, and smelly; a broken bedside night light was hard‑wired and wouldn’t turn off, the leather headboard was torn (probably from pet claws) and had a foreign substance on it.
