The exterior was nice, the hotel looked grand, the corridors were pleasant, and there was plenty of lawn and parking space. The rooms were spacious and the staff responded quickly. The bathrooms were not clean at all; the toilet bowls were yellow from lack of cleaning. Hot water wasn’t consistent. The balcony was covered in pigeon droppings, and we unfortunately spotted two rats in the room too.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. Since it had just opened, they were kind enough to give us an upgrade. We checked in pretty late but the staff were very welcoming.

Nothing noteworthy. The property was new but everything seemed unkept and incomplete. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. First, the property is far from the city and the drive felt unsafe at night. The wood panel on the washroom door was damaged by moisture, and there was no glass divider between the bathing and basin area. The washroom was really dirty, our room door had an incomplete paint patch, the couch was burnt with cigarettes and had holes, there was no refrigerator in the room, and the switchboard was damaged. Overall, the price we paid for our stay was nowhere justified by the quality of service.
