Great location, very spacious, lovely apartment – a great home base for a week in NYC. Only good.

Very comfy bed. Great location, quiet area in midtown whilst near Grand Central Station. Complimentary water bottles. Staff in reception were polite and kind. Despite leaving the room every day, it wasn't serviced daily. AC is extremely loud and old. Areas in the room that were never cleaned and you could tell (like the light fixtures). I got a call at 11:02 from reception kicking me out of the room. I was literally on the way out already. They had plenty of free rooms as mine had been serviced 7 days prior my arrival (a note was left with the name of the person and date). So not sure why the rush if not to try charge me money for late checkout
