“Worst experience ever , Plz don't visit and waste your money.”

Just nothing. Among all the travel experiences I have had in my life, this was one of the worst experiences ever. When I booked the rooms, I booked them for 5 people. Before making the booking, I also called customer care and confirmed everything. They told me that we would get one double room for two people and one triple room for three people, with an extra bed. But when we reached the hotel, we were told that although the hotel had triple rooms and even bigger rooms and suites, only double rooms were available for online bookings. I showed them my booking slip and voucher, but they simply said that those rooms were not available and that we would have to adjust. A person named Kalyan, who was at the reception desk, told me, “If you have any problem, call the company. I cannot do anything about it.” The most unprofessional behaviours I have received ever from a hotel. I had invited my family and respected guests for this trip, but I could not even provide them with proper sleeping space. I had to spend the night sleeping on the floor of that small room with a bedsheet. This was extremely embarrassing and humiliating for me, especially in front of my family and guests. The worst part was the very poor condition of the rooms they gave us. The condition was so bad that it is difficult to explain. There was not enough water in the bathroom. The bathroom door could not be locked properly from inside. There were gaps in the door through which people outside could see inside. The room had a thick layer of dust. Broken bidi and cigarette pieces were lying around. Old and dirty waste was scattered everywhere. The bedsheets were extremely dirty and had stains all over them. Most shockingly, one of the bedsheets even had blood stains on it. Overall, this was a very disappointing, embarrassing and unpleasant experience. I have only one humble request to everyone: Please do not waste your hard-earned money by staying at this place. Think carefully before booking this hotel

My stay was a mixed bag, with the staff's behavior and services being a highlight, but the land owner's behavior was a major letdown. They were rude and unprofessional, which was a shock considering the otherwise good service from the staff. While I appreciated the staff's efforts, the land owner's behavior overshadowed my overall experience.

I had a disappointing experience during my two-day stay. Despite my attempts to contact them, I couldn't get any assistance with directions, and Google Maps didn't accurately show the hotel's location. The lack of communication made it difficult for me to find my way. Overall, my stay was marred by poor service and unclear directions.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the unfriendly behavior of the staff. They were consistently rude, making my experience at the hotel unpleasant. I was expecting a welcoming atmosphere, but unfortunately, that was not what I encountered. The staff's behavior left a lasting negative impression.
