不僅外觀，房間內都很漂亮，處處是精美的細節 浴室很大，水溫夠，出水也很強 員工熱血助人，快速處理問題. 房間有點氣味，有些灰塵，早餐普通
La struttura molto accogliente e il personale molto gentile e premuroso. Ambiente pulito. La seconda camera del nostro gruppo di 4 persone era a piano terra. La valutazione, se fosse stata fatta da loro, sarebbe stata abbastanza negativa: porta della camera di fronte alla reception, praticamente senza finestra (solo un'intercapedine), forte odore di muffa e pulizia a desiderare. La colazione è a prenotazione, quindi con poca scelta
Nice friendly and helpful staff, good location. They really try to make your stay and impression about Tashkent great. The breakfast is done fresh by the time you want it - I had one around 12:00, and the second 5:45, which was served sharp
“Uitzonderlijk lieve en betrokken hotelmedewerkers”
Ik heb nog nooit zulke lieve, zorgzame en betrokken hotelmedewerkers meegemaakt. Dag en nacht staan ze voor ons klaar om ons te helpen. Mijn man is plotseling ernstig ziek geworden en ligt momenteel in het ziekenhuis. Sinds het moment dat dit gebeurde, laten de medewerkers van het hotel ons geen moment alleen. Ze hebben ons niet alleen in het hotel bijgestaan, maar zijn ook enorm betrokken gebleven tijdens zijn opname in het ziekenhuis. Ze blijven naar ons informeren, bieden hulp waar ze kunnen en zorgen ervoor dat we ons gesteund voelen. Hun medeleven, behulpzaamheid en oprechte zorg hebben ons diep geraakt. In deze ontzettend moeilijke en spannende periode geven ze ons het gevoel dat we er niet alleen voor staan. Dit is wat het betekent om mens te zijn. We zijn het hele team ontzettend dankbaar voor alles wat ze voor ons hebben gedaan en nog steeds doen. Dit is zoveel meer dan gastvrijheid; dit is oprechte menselijkheid. We zullen hun warmte, steun en betrokkenheid nooit vergeten. —— I have never experienced such kind, caring, and genuinely compassionate hotel staff. Day and night, they have been there for us, doing everything they can to help. My husband suddenly became seriously ill and is currently in the hospital. From the moment this happened, the hotel staff have not left us feeling alone for even a moment. They have supported us not only at the hotel, but have also remained incredibly involved and caring throughout his hospital stay. They continue to check on us, ask how he is doing, and offer their help in every way they can. Their compassion, kindness, and genuine concern have touched us deeply. During this incredibly difficult and frightening time, they have made us feel that we are not alone. This is what it truly means to be human. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team for everything they have done for us and continue to do for us. This is so much more than hospitality; this is genuine humanity and kindness
