The rooms are clean and the hotel is new, yet the room is extremely cramped and the bathroom is also very tight.

The hotel is old, the rooms look exactly like the photos on Booking, and the atmosphere is gloomy. We arrived in the afternoon, received a room, and the next day we got another one after sunset while the rooms were still being cleaned. The view from the windows is unpleasant or looks out onto the street, the Wi‑Fi is terrible and keeps dropping; on the last day we had no internet at all until we called to reconnect. The windows are dangerously open for children and overlook the street. Towels are heavily used and old, the bedding smells bad, the room is obviously old and worn, and all the TV remotes are broken. We asked for replacements, but it took an hour to get a new one or to change the YouTube channel. Overall a bad experience.
