The room was freshly renovated, everything new and tasteful. The owner was very helpful and communicative. The spot is perfect for being next to the train station. The building itself feels old.

The room is brand‑new with meticulous details. The bathroom is also new and spotless. Getting into the building is quick and easy on your own. The owner was very friendly from the start and kept checking that everything was fine. It’s just 2 minutes from the Termini train station. The room’s window sits pretty high on the street, so you can hear a lot of chatter from passers‑by and the shopkeeper below who’s always on the phone. At night the street calms down and the noise isn’t as noticeable.
