The place sits in a great spot, but it was a nightmare with constant traffic and people coming and going, plus a strong smoke smell from outside smokers. The furniture and beds felt very old and uncomfortable, and there was no smoke alarm or emergency procedure instructions.

The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent. However, the room itself was extremely cramped; we could barely move around the bed.

The location was good, but parking was inconvenient. There was no central heating, so we had to rely on space heaters.

The property was stunning, and the overnight stay was impeccably clean. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and I would definitely return. The room was perfect, warm, and the bed was awesome, giving me a very quiet and pleasant sleep. I loved everything about the accommodation, especially how close it was to the ferry and shopping areas.
