The staff were genuinely friendly, the location was excellent, the mattress felt very comfortable, and the shower was probably the best in the hotel and among all the places I’ve stayed in São Borja. The room and bathroom were tiny, and the windows in the room I stayed in faced the hallway instead of the outside, a problem that’s not unique to this place; I’ve stayed in many hotels in São Borja and this feature keeps popping up, though the city’s hotels are generally mediocre and expensive. This hotel, however, charges a fair price for what it offers compared to others in the city.

The receptionist was helpful, but there were no blackout curtains, the noise was loud, you could hear other guests talking, and the corridor was too bright.

I was just passing through and ended up staying one night; I didn’t have breakfast but the facilities were decent and the staff were very friendly.

We had a very peaceful and comfortable stay; the hotel offers parking, which is a big help for travelers in a car, the shower was good, the room was clean and met expectations, and the service was outstanding with a very attentive and helpful team throughout.
