I had a genuinely pleasant stay at Eastin Hotel Penang, Bayan Lepas, booking the Family SOHO Room which turned out to be clean, comfortable, and very practical for a family, with a layout that let everyone move around and relax easily. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of well‑presented options that catered to all tastes, making each morning something to look forward to. The hotel and room were spotless and well‑maintained, giving us a sense of comfort throughout our visit. Although I can’t recall the staff members’ names, I want to commend the entire team for being friendly, polite, and helpful, and their warm hospitality added significantly to the overall experience. Thank you, Eastin Hotel Penang, for making our stay comfortable and memorable; we would gladly return on our next trip to Penang and highly recommend it for families seeking a practical and cozy stay in Bayan Lepas. ❤️🌟
