Everything was simple but very nice. A simple watermelon and toast, but fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked great, the beds were comfortable, and all the available facilities (bathroom, shower, room safe, mini fridge, lights, etc.) worked well. I even received a complimentary water bottle each evening. I would definitely recommend it to others.

It was the best stay in Phuket if you want to explore and enjoy all the “must see” and “must do” activities. The hotel is a 5‑minute walk to Kata beach, which is one of the top five beaches in Phuket. Pharmacy, 7‑Eleven, souvenir shops, restaurants, coffee shops are all around. The taxi prices for Bolt and Indrive are the best because Kata beach is nearly in the middle of all attractions, viewpoints, must‑sees and must‑does. Hotel pickups and all other sorts of services are available. The place is pretty clean and neat. The staff are lovely, friendly, nice, and funny, creating a “home” feeling. The rooms are peaceful, no one interrupts, and road noise is minimal. Complimentary food is available 24/7, beach towels, large towels and small towels, kitchen appliances, umbrellas, and other items are provided—just ask. Sam and the staff gave many recommendations, so you don’t have to worry about which restaurant, market, or shop is best. The AC is ice‑cold, and complimentary bathroom products are included. It was hard to decide where to stay, but my goal was to explore and see as much as possible. The main requirement for the hotel was a good location, and as little travel as possible between the main “must see” and “must do” spots. Kata Bai D Inn was the best pick for its placement. Big thanks to Sam and his team for the hotel and service. It was a pleasure to vacation in Phuket at Kata Bai D Inn by Kata beach. What a lovely place. Greetings from Lithuania.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Sam who made our stay very pleasant and took care of everything to make it easier for us. Sam also handled our transfer to take the ferry to Koh Samui. Thank you very much, Sam, for everything.

房間超大很乾淨，晚上也很安靜，淺眠的我睡得很好，地點也不錯，走路10分鐘就到沙灘，附近有藥房餐廳7-11，都很方便，Sam很可愛很好聊. 房間可能有蚊子。
