The location is good. It’s only 850 m to the metro, but there are only a handful of restaurants open at night. I asked for a non‑smoking room, yet the place had a strong cigarette odor. I told the owner, who suggested I spray my perfume first… then the housekeeper handed me a deodorant spray. That spray lasted only a few hours. By the fifth day the room still smelled like cigarettes. When I texted the owner about the spray not working, I received no reply. It’s basically on the sidewalk, so I could hear people talking by the room even with the windows shut.
