The hotel sits inside Emporium Mall, a great spot just a 10‑minute walk from town centre; it’s clean, modern, with comfy furniture and brand‑new bathrooms. We started in a nice first‑floor room with a smart TV, but the AC never cooled, and the toilets in both our rooms stopped working, so we were moved to a ground‑floor room where the AC was better—though still not perfect—and there was no smart TV.

Top accommodation, very comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a central location. Nothing to add.

They offer private parking and a restaurant, and several shops are right next door. I accidentally left a 100 km chair in the restaurant, but the staff found it and returned it to me. Breakfast could be slightly better, but it’s still good, and the rooms are small.

A very good hotel for accommodation in Banja Luka. I was traveling through Banja Luka with my family and this was a solid option because the reception works 24 hours. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and tidy. Parking in front of the hotel. It would be nice if the breakfast selection included more meat options besides pork, so guests who don’t eat pork would have a wider choice.
