The hotel sits in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood just a few meters from the Natural History Museum, and the room comes with comfortable beds; however, the breakfast was quite modest even though you could opt for a classic English Breakfast "light".

The location is excellent for sightseeing and visiting museums, with new stations and many great restaurants nearby. The elevator is broken, making it inconvenient to stay on the 3rd and 4th floors.

The room décor is elegant and understated, the overall ambience is pleasant, the reception staff are always very friendly, and the hotel is well connected to the Underground and buses; for a longer stay with a partner, though, the room would have been too small.
