“Good, comfortable hotel in a good location but do not stay in a smoking room.”

The hotel’s location is convenient, close to the airport, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with twin beds and clean bathrooms. A lift serves the higher floors. However, this last‑minute booking after a cancelled flight landed us in a smoking room. The smoke smell was horrible, far worse than expected, and even after a night’s sleep our clothes still carried the odor. I can’t explain how bad the smoke was; this room would be uncomfortable even for a smoker.

We booked a non‑smoking room but were given a smoking one at midnight and had to stay there. No one reached out after we complained at the front desk the next morning.

I appreciated how close the hotel was to the beach, just a few minutes away, and it was also only a short walk from Sofi Stadium and the Kia Forum. However, I was annoyed that they tried to charge me $30 for an early check‑in even though I’d driven four hours and arrived an hour early, and that parking cost $20. The bathroom lacked soap, and the blow dryer couldn’t be plugged in because the new mirror was installed in the wrong spot.
