The staff were very kind, and the parking is close with no extra fee for moving in or out—many nearby hotels charge extra. Since the hotel isn’t new, some bath‑towel rack parts fell off and the water flow in the bath was a bit sluggish, giving a sense of slight wear.

I could rent a bicycle, and the hotel bus took us to the hot springs. The front desk staff were extremely polite and thorough, and breakfast was lavish. I wish the bike had a phone holder, and without a map I can’t ride because I lack local knowledge.

The team delivered excellent service, especially the staff who helped arrange luggage delivery to Takayama. The spot is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station.

Everything is very convenient—buses, trains, and restaurants. The rooms feel a bit tired and dated, and the traffic lights and controls are loud; I’d recommend asking for a room at the back of the hotel instead of the roadside.
