The room was freezing and the shower only gave cold water. We let the staff know, but they never responded or fixed anything, so we left without even taking a shower. Getting there was a nightmare, and what should have been a birthday surprise for my mom turned into a total disappointment.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the road leading to the hotel was in awful shape. It made the drive stressful and took far longer than it should have.

We never actually checked in because the place was a mess – the road was terrible, the pool was unusable, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all. We ended up finding another inn in a different town. Around the property there’s dense bush, no reception desk, and no decent parking, making a night return to town impossible.

The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, but the rooms didn’t have any fans, which was a real drawback on a hot night. Apart from that, the service was the highlight of the stay.

The building is solid and the owner and staff are genuinely friendly, but finding the place was a nightmare – the road is full of stones, has no signage, and we got lost for six hours, almost wrecking our BMW. If you don’t have a 4×4 you’re stuck, and I can’t recommend it for the price or location.
