The location is fine, nothing more. The water isn’t hot, and every time they say it will be hot in 15‑20 minutes, you’re left waiting 😂😂
The staff and personnel are very welcoming, and the location is close to everything in the center of Patong. The hotel could be better with a few changes and minor renovation touches.

I didn’t like anything. The location on the app is completely different from the real one, the photos differ, the furniture is different, it’s dirty and smells of weed. I never entered the room and cancelled the booking; after more than a month of correspondence with the app’s customer service I still haven’t received a refund.
The staff were the only good thing about this place. The address on the map is wrong, the bar under the hotel keeps music on until 6 am, so you can’t sleep, and the street is always crowded and noisy; I was staying on the fifth floor.
