We loved the spa. The gym needs updating, and the tea/coffee machine should be included in the room’s amenities.

The location, views, and the hotel’s restaurant were positives, but there is no elevator.

The indoor pool was easy to access and offered a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were friendly, especially towards children, and there was a separate playroom. The extra bed felt a bit narrow, and the second balcony was unusable because it was located above the parking area.
