“They should have told us the pool was being renovated, fresh towels and sweep the floor would have been nice, the bathro”

The location was great, but the pool was under renovation and nobody cleaned our room for the entire week.

“Good location but the property is in need of renovations. Propert not clean.”

The spot was good and close to Duval Street, but the bathroom window was missing, the carpet was dirty, socks turned black on the bottom, the pool was closed because of a health advisory under Chapter 64e‑9 of the Florida administrative code, and the staff never mentioned any of this.

The spot was unbeatable in a classic Key West house, and the private parking—though not guaranteed—was always available for us.

It was super close to Duvall and everything else you might want to explore, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet when you needed it. I literally never saw any staff, so it felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel.

The room was absolutely gorgeous and the location was great, but half of the lights in the room didn’t work, and the porch light was out too.
