Irena and Doaa offered a personalized service that felt like a family‑owned hotel; their genuine interest in welcoming guests and doing everything possible to keep us happy is obvious. The only odd thing was that the best view from our room came from the bathroom.

The location was great and the reception had Italian leather seats and sofas, and everything else was fine.

Colazione ottima, posizione buona, Spa molto bella e rilassante. Se il servizio delle bevande calde tipo il caffè, acqua calda per tè fosse automatico da caraffa o distributore, sarebbe meglio. Senza dover chiedere all’inserviente.
