“Mucho más caro de lo que ofrece”

The location is great and easy to get around from, and the breakfast and spa—especially the massages—are worth mentioning. However, the value for money was disappointing; we stayed 5 nights in a room that was advertised as a superior category, but it was cramped and barely enough space for two suitcases. The double‑height layout wasn’t what we expected and wasn’t very practical. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows even worse. Cleaning only happened twice in the five nights, and on the second clean we found an insect inside a towel, which is totally unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Although the breakfast and spa are good, they’re extra‑paid and don’t justify the room price or overall experience.

“VOLVERIA MIENTRAS NO ESTEN REPARANDO NADA EN EL EDIFICIO”

I liked the location; I went to a concert at the National Auditorium and it was super close, so you can walk there. I enjoyed the drinks on the 25th floor; the menu isn’t huge but what they offer is delicious, and the reception, concierge, and bartenders were all very friendly. I didn’t like that some rooms were under repair and there was a lot of noise in my room; I was on the 17th floor, arrived Friday after 3 pm and heard drills and hammering, and the next day the same from 9 am.

“Disappointed with the service and maintenance of the rooms.”

The location was great. The rooms are dated, the hotel is poorly maintained with holes and cracks in the walls and structure, and at $650 per night the experience was a major disappointment.
