We felt very comfortable at this ryokan; the owner even picked us up from the station and dropped us back off, the breakfast was delicious, and he made us bread for our bus trip to Matsumoto, which was thoughtful; we also appreciated the small onsen on the ground floor, but we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful view because of the typhoon’s effects.

The place is well located if you want to stroll around Fuji and Kawaguchiko, the owner is super friendly and attentive, even offering to pick you up and take you to the station—that’s a real luxury. Highly recommended.

Nothing. Not good as advertise in booking .com, below level is very dusty . Also between 5 room atleast needs 2 shower The uncle was good but without basic amenities he is helpless
