“Un lindo refugio en la agitada Venecia.”
The location is ideal, away from the noise, perfect for resting after a tiring day in Venice, but there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room.

Nice spot, away from the extreme tourism and noise. The AC worked well and the facilities were good. The host was also very helpful.

We checked in on our own and found a clean room with a private bathroom, a basic welcome kit (towels, hand soap, shower soap) and a small, functional kitchen that we didn’t use. The room is in the Dorsoduro neighborhood, about twenty minutes on foot from Santa Lucia station. It’s a quiet area, a few minutes from the main sights but not yet touristy. It was a great base for sleeping after a full day of exploring. The room also has an air conditioner. We know it’s not the property’s fault, but it wasn’t easy to fall asleep because of the mosquitoes—maybe an anti‑mosquito device would help—and the AC noise, plus the heat forced us to keep it on for a couple of hours to cool the room. On the bright side, the area is really quiet, so sleeping with the AC off is excellent.

Check‑in and check‑out were easy and hassle‑free. Good location in Venice, great value for the city. The air‑conditioner works very well. The bathroom shower stall is very small and the water pressure is relatively weak. I suggest adding a shelf inside the stall to hold personal hygiene items. It would also be nice to provide better and larger blankets, as the ones available were quite small for guest comfort.

The host was extremely helpful and attentive, offering several great tips for affordable, high‑quality spots. The place felt cozy, clean, and fragrant—no stale smell like some other Venice hotels. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, which was essential during the hotter months. We were able to drop our luggage before check‑in, letting us explore the city right away. The location was fantastic, tucked into a pleasant part of town with nearby shops and restaurants that offer great value. Nothing was lacking; everything was perfect.
