“Beautiful & very clean. Would recommend it to others.”

There was no breakfast, but I loved the water and coffee in the room. The rooms were spotless, the lighting was outstanding, and it felt very safe. I didn’t like checking in online; I’d prefer a person at the front desk. The room wasn’t cleaned after the first night, and when I called for extra coffee and toilet paper for my daughter’s room, it wasn’t delivered. Check‑out was too early, and the cleaning lady seemed upset when we asked for a later check‑out.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and close to the metro. Customer support was quick to respond. After a power outage, the AC stopped working, so we spent a night without air conditioning and had to keep the windows open, but the next day customer support was helpful.

The location of the facility was excellent, the room we stayed in was very clean, and we were very satisfied with everything; we would definitely choose to stay here again. Getting around was very easy by metro, which was very close. There was nothing we didn’t like.

The apartment sat in a quiet, clean neighborhood and the entry codes and instructions worked flawlessly. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped, and the coffee machine with capsules brewed excellent coffee. The communal area offered a sink, plates, and cutlery, which was very convenient.
