I stayed in a very nicely decorated apartment with multiple rooms; the bathroom next to it was spotless, the only drawback being the tiny shower that only works for slim people, which was a pity. In the middle of the place was a beautiful lounge with a small kitchenette, a dining table, a coffee machine, and pretty furniture. The location was great, right in the center, just a 5‑minute walk from a lovely café. The host spoke English with us, was very friendly over the phone, and overall the place was lovely.

“Typical room rental. Never met anyone from the accommodations. All communication was done by text.”

The rental was comfortably in the center of the old town. The room was clean and typical of an old‑town Tuscan villa. The bed was comfortable, and the washroom had no surprises. The only issue was that retrieving a key from the key box and figuring out which key goes into which door, especially with old‑style keys, was a bit of a challenge for someone unfamiliar.
